These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 999a and the user. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions have been drafted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply exclusively to users accessing the platform from within Bangladesh. 999a reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any changes will take effect from the date of publication. Account Registration & Security Policy
To open an account on 999a, users must be at least 18 years of age. All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and address — must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time, and 999a reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in such accounts.
Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all of them will be permanently closed. It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their password and login credentials confidential; sharing account access with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorised login, contact 999a Support immediately.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws while using the 999a platform. Fraudulent activity, forgery, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct on the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed and, where applicable, the relevant law enforcement authorities will be notified.
Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play games or place bets on the platform is strictly prohibited. Colluding or coordinating with other users to manipulate outcomes is also strictly forbidden; if proven, all associated accounts will be terminated. If a user discovers any technical bug or vulnerability on the platform, it is their responsibility to report it to 999a immediately.
Payment, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 999a platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made using a payment method — such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket — registered in the user's own name. Transactions made through third parties or using another person's account will be cancelled and the account suspended.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts are subject to withdrawal limits. 999a reserves the right to temporarily hold any transaction suspected of being fraudulent pending investigation, during which users may be required to submit supporting documents.

Limitation of Liability & Risk Acknowledgement
999a provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 999a will not be directly liable for any loss arising from technical failures, network issues, or third-party causes. Gaming and betting are inherently risky activities; users are deemed to have accepted these risks knowingly.
999a will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives. However, in such events, 999a will make every effort to ensure that users' balances remain protected.
Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
All content on the 999a platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, and graphics — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 999a or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for any commercial purpose.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to replicate any part of the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Account Suspension, Closure & Legal Matters
999a reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing false identity information, or suspected illegal transactions. In the event of a permanent closure, any eligible balance may be returned once the investigation is concluded.
Users may also request account closure at any time; in such cases, any active bonuses will be forfeited, though the real-money balance will be returned. 999a bears no responsibility for third-party links or services, and any use of external services is entirely at the user's own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation; if unresolved, they will be submitted to the competent courts of Bangladesh.
